Where is my order?
If you have ordered a starter kit, you will receive a shipping confirmation once your package has been dispatched.
If you have ordered a refill package, you can see the status of your order in your account under “Order history”.
The delivery takes 4-7 working days.Contact us at info@ra-zr.com if you have waited for more than 10 working days, or if you have any other questions.
How do I pause/cancel my subscription?
No strings attached! You can pause, or cancel, your subscription under “Billing info” in your account. You can also postpone or change the date of dispatch under “My Subscriptions”.
I have paid for my refill-order but have not received my package.
You can keep track of your subscription and future refill deliveries from your account under “My subscriptions” and “Order history”. The payment is drawn at the same time as we send out your package from our warehouse, so it can take a few days until the refills are delivered.

Hence, we’ve made the first razor with the smooth, protective shave of a lady razor, with a brand and design that resonates with men.
What is included in the starter kit?
The starter kit has everything you’ll need for your new shaving experience. It includes a steel handle, a wall holder, and two 5-blade cartridges.
How does the refill subscription work?
When you order the starter kit, you automatically sign up for a subscription on cartridges for your new razor-friend. Each refill order contains four cartridges, where each cartridge has five premium-steel blades. The refills will be delivered right to your mailbox, with free shipping.
It’s up to you how often you want new cartridges, every 120, 150 or 180 days. Payments will be made automatically through your chosen payment method. And hey! No strings attached — feel free to break up at any time. You can change your subscription from your account.

We can’t make changes to processed orders but drop us a line at info@ra-zr.com and we’ll do our best to help you.

You always have 14 days to return your package. Please contact us at info@ra-zr.com for more help with this.
How does delivery work?
The products will be delivered straight to your mailbox by your country’s standard postal service.
How long is the delivery time?
When your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. The estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days from when the package is dispatched!
My Subscription
How do I pause/cancel my subscription?

How do I make changes to my subscription?
Under “My Subscriptions” you can:
– Change delivery dates
– Change interval (120, 150, 180 days)
– Order single products
– Get your next refill dispatched asap
You can update your billing and shipping address under “Billing info” and see when orders have been dispatched under “Order history”.
How does payment work?
When it’s time for your next refill order, the payment will be charged automatically through your chosen payment method. Once the payment has gone through, the package will be dispatched. It can take a couple of days between the payment and when you receive your package.

Purchase Single Items
Can I buy a starter kit only?
A subscription is created for every starter kit ordered, but you can always log in to your account and cancel the subscriptions you don’t want. No extra costs!
Can I buy cartridges only?
If you already have a starter kit from RA-ZR, you are very welcome to start a subscription here!
How do I buy your other products?
You can buy our body care products, cases, and extra handles and holders from your account under “My subscriptions”. Choose whether you want to add them to your next shipment or order separately.
Product Info
How often should I change razor blades?
We recommend changing your cartridges after 5-7 times of use to keep the blades sharp and smooth. Of course, as shaving is individual, it depends on how large areas you shave. The holder will take care of your razor when you’re not around, so please remember to use it! The plastic protection is only for keeping your cartridges safe during transportation, and should not be reused.

My subscription has paused itself. Why?
This could be because your payment information is no longer valid. Log into your account and review your payment information under “Billing info”. If your subscription doesn’t change to active, contact us and we’ll help you out.
